Teamwork Englewood’s mission is to unite the many organizations serving Englewood residents and work toward the common goal of building a thriving community through the Englewood Quality of Life Plan, which focuses on housing/public spaces, public safety/crime, health/wellness, education/youth, and jobs/economic development.

We will make Englewood a hub of commerce with an abundance of resources. Englewood will be an arts and culture destination in Chicago with many strong economic drivers. It will be a place where residents are unified and thrive. Through our job creation initiative we have several programs including The Englewood Women’s Initiative, Workforce Developer, and our Re-Entry program, that has partnered with companies like Dakota and Ford, to offer job opportunities to formally incarcerated citizens.
